*Project Location* *Owings Mills/Baltimore, MD* *Duration* *6+ Months Contract* *Interview Process: - Phone + Skype* *Visa: Any* *Job Description* Facets Accums SMEs with deep system knowledge, particularly around handling deductible and out of pocket cost sharing in products with integrated medical, pharmacy, dental and vision benefits. *The scope of the support provided will consist of:* - Analysis of new and/or changed Plan benefit requirements requiring Facets configuration and translation of analysis into identifying resulting configuration changes necessary. - Analysis of changed benefit impact on claim adjudication, including accumulator impact and modifications required; manual accumulator changes may be required - Query support of Facets database to facilitate data analysis - Configuration build assistance of any required Product changes - Conduct testing and validation analysis of claim testing results for Product changes, accumulator changes and other system changes as they occur - Participate in client meetings as necessary - Resources will receive guidance and training in the process and methods used to complete assigned work. - Resources will not be expected to process claims, but will need to understand the claimsflow process and analyze claim data output. - Knowledge of the claims and product data models is required.
