Experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions
architecture and architectural framework
Minimum 7 years of experience in project execution
Minimum 5 years of experience with Contact center domain on Genesys
platform
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Genesys framework, eservices, Genesys
routing strategies and composer
Minimum 2 years’ experience in ORS, GVP
Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an
independent project from an architectural stand
Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment
that requires regular travel
Troubleshooting, Analytical and Client Interfacing skills
Experience and desire to work in a management consulting and Global
delivery environment that requires regular travel
