The manager is looking for someone with 8-14 years of experience to join the team and oversee the testing and automation efforts across 30 scrum teams. This is a massive, long-term project and the work for this person is cut out for at least 2 years. The framework is built out, but they need someone to come in and help optimize the framework, oversee all QA operations, drive automation efforts, and create test cases, plans and scripts.
