*Project Location* *Chicago, IL* *Duration* *6+ Months Contract* *Interview Process: - Phone + F2F* *Visa: USC, GC, EAD-GC* *Job Description* Techno-functional lead responsible for recommending and implementing business processes, reports, dashboards, integrations, and configuration to maximize organizational and business performance. · Partner with internal business users and stakeholders to prioritize and develop requirements for implementing new features and functionality in *Workday HCM * · Recommend technical solutions, considering current/future tradeoffs and critical stakeholder expectations · Build and execute detailed implementation plans including estimation, design, build, QA/test, deploy, and support · Support technical troubleshooting and escalations across the business, vendors, and information technology · Provide level 3 support for the Workday system, research and resolution of system issues, user support, and scheduled activities · Manage the day-to-day activities and delivery schedule of the Workday implementation partner · Create and modify Workday integrations and business processes · Build and maintain integrations ensuring integrity/quality of data transmitted · Perform reviews of new features and functionality against requirements · Serve as the technology owner of Workday · Workday tenant management · Manage and communicate weekly status reports and other key metrics · Maintain technical documentation and integration related requirements · Resolve integration issues, support ad hoc data uploads, implement change requests and develop of complex reports and dashboards · Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data; resolve data integrity issues · Assist with compliance and regulatory related activities · Maintain awareness of current trends in HCM through classes (online or live), reading, and conferences, continuously increase both HR knowledge and HR Technology application/tools knowledge · Lead and supervise the delivery of an implementation partner for project related work · Experience with implementing and configuring Workday business processes · Deep understanding of Workday data and structure, reporting, dashboards, EIBs, and Workday Studio · Experience with web service integrations (SOAP, WSDL, XML) · 5+ years of experience with *HCM systems, Workday preferred* · 2+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and enhancing *Workday HCM* · Familiarity with functional areas of Human Resources (i.e., recruiting, benefits, training, compensation planning, performance, succession planning), and HR laws. · Project experience in technical or techno-func role with +1 HCM implementations · Workday certification, strongly preferred Thanks & Regards, Udbhav Mathur Talent Acquisition Specialist Email:- [email protected] <[email protected]> Gtalk: udbhav.intime Tekshapers Inc. – WMBE Firm 1441 E.
