The users that are looking for support are fanatical about their Apple products and expect the person providing support to be all about Macintosh. - Focus on Desktop support skills vs. network or storage. We can provide the higher level design and support skills on network/storage. This role is more of a desktop type position. - Support knowledge of the Adobe design suite would be great. - Standard desktop setup is a beefy iMac and a 23” Wacom Cintinq digitizer tablet. The Apple productivity tools (Mac Mail, Calendar, Contacts) and Adobe Design (Photoshop, InDesign).
