Role :Microstrategy Developer Location :NYC Duration :6 months Interview :Phone & Face 2 Face *Need the liability insurance coming from 3rd parties, their proof of withholding of income tax for the consultant, and similar documentation. Don’t submit if you can’t provide these documents.* Responsibilities: • Data warehousing in SQL Server for trading data in order to report it into a BI Tool (MicroStrategy). • Develops reports in MicroStrategy and has the ability to understand underlying data model. • Works with MicroStrategy Desktop. • Works directly with business analysts to ensure technical feasibility of all MIS related designs. • Conducts adhoc data mining in support of the business. • Makes technical recommendations to Business Analysts. • Assists with end user support and enhancements. • Provides billing/finance support for monthly/quarterly closes. • SQL Server with emphasis on Stored Procedure development • SQL Server SSIS. • Stored Procedure performance tuning • Relational DB Design Technical Preferences: • Familiar with full life-cycle in a Sarbanes Oxley regulated environment.
