-          MCSE certification -

-          Mainly work in Lab environment with various Hardware – CISCO ,
Client, Dell etc
-          Apply Windows patches, upgrades
-          Windows server configuration for security, ACLs

*Network Skillset – *
-          Broad functional experience with switching, routing, firewall,
VPN and network management systems across a wide range of complex
architectures, platforms and mediums
-          IP Multicast
-          Expert working knowledge, including the ability to setup,
configure, upgrade, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, data center
switches, firewalls, and load balancers using IOS, IOS-XE, NX-OS, and IOS-XR
-          Experience with network management tools and protocols such as
SNMP, TACACS+/RADIUS, Wireshark, WinPcap, Cacti/MRTG, Nfdump, Nfsen,
RANCID, etc.
-          Ability to configure, design, maintain and troubleshooting IPSec
and/or SSL VPNs using Cisco ASAs
-          Must have strong knowledge of networking features and protocols
including spanning tree, ARP, CDP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, VTP, ECMP, 802.1q
trunking, VSS, HSRP/VRRP, QoS, multicast, IPsec, MPLS, and caching services
-          Good to have - Hands on experience with virtualization
technologies with an emphasis on OpenStack and VMware

One person needs to have this skillset – basically, the person would have
spent time on both Windows Admin and Networking.
