*COMPUTER PROGRAMMER IV* *Must Be a U.S. Citizen* Computer Programmer IV Ø Develops; codes; deploys and maintains web applications and websites. Ø Provide web application development and technical support for NAVAIR web applications. Ø Provide technical consultation in new systems development; new package evaluations and enhancements of existing systems. Ø Prepare functional specifications from which programs will be written; then designs; codes; tests; debugs and documents programs. Ø Participates in the technical design; development; testing; implementation and maintenance of NAVAIR web application enhancements. Ø Plans; schedules and conducts systems tests; monitors test results; and takes appropriate corrective action. Ø Maintains current knowledge of the principles; methods; and techniques used in web software development.
