Must have hands-on configuration and set up experience on all ME functional modules including but not limited to Shop Order, Material, Routing, POD, ERP interfaces, Integration with Label printers, barcode readers and PLC’s, ME Reporting. Integration with Label printers, barcode readers and PLC’s, ME Reporting Lead requirement analysis, write functional specification and conduct functional unit and integration testing of SAP ME. Strong Exposure interfacing DCS / SCADA / Historian system like IP21 with SAP MII are preferred. Exposure to Web Service / XML Processing / XSLT / HTML and Scripting technology are preferred. Experience on Reporting Tools. Should be able to work independently and lead a team, not limited to coaching and performing team appraisals. Lead requirement analysis, write functional specification and conduct functional unit and integration testing of SAP ME. Must have sound understanding of SAP ME/MII/PCo Solution Landscape, Sizing. Should possess excellent communication / client facing / Problem solving skills. Background knowledge in discrete manufacturing industries. Exposure in Dynamic Offshore – Onshore working Model. Exposure to SAP ABAP is desired. Exposure SAP PM/PP-PI/QM is desired. Configure SAP PP, SAP MII and SAP ME modules independently. Experience in development and implementation of SAP MII version 12, 14.0 and 15.0 Prepare process flows and training documents to teach SAP PP, SAP MII and SAP ME to business users. Organize and coordinate integration testing scenarios to user community. Work with onsite and offshore team of people from application, technology and business teams. Ability to work with information technology development team(s) by preparing written business and technical requirements / specifications. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Engineering or equivalent technical work experience is required. Must have experience with SAP MII interfacing with typical MES systems using appropriate Standards, S95, S88 and B2MML Knowledge of SAP Production Planning, Production master data, MRP process and Shop floor order creation and tracking Knowledge of ME Site Setups, Shop floor master data, Shop Floor execution and tracking, SAP ME ERP integration (SAP MEINT), PODs, Data collection (DC), Genealogy, Returns management, Site to Site transfer etc. Knowledge of integration points of SAP PP and ME to other SAP components like MM, FI-CO Must be self-motivated and capable of working under minimal supervision of a Project Lead. Must possess leadership, organizational, communication and time management skills. Must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills and be able to work in a SAP implementation team. Ability in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines Must possess the necessary leadership, team building, motivation, and delegation skills to efficiently coordinate the efforts of a team toward accomplishing a common goal. Ability to evaluate, recognize need and establish change initiatives to meet business/technical needs. Prepare functional specifications for development work. Conduct functional testing to ensure accurate configuration and development. Prepare process flows and training documents to teach SAP PP, SAP MII and SAP ME to business users. Experience in setting up ODS and troubleshooting applet issues Organize and coordinate integration testing scenarios to user community.
