·         Extensive experience in using People Tools 8.x Application
Designer, Application Engine, People code, Component interface and
Application Package.

·         Designed and developed Data Conversion Programs to facilitate the
transfer of data from legacy system to PeopleSoft system using Application
Engine and File Layout.

·         Experience in generating Reports using SQR, PS/Query and Crystal
Reports v8.5.

·         Quick learner with an ability to rapidly achieve organizational
integration, assimilate job and employ new ideas, concepts, methods and
technologies. Energetic and self- motivated team player.

·         Good Communication and Inter-personal skills, self-motivated,
perspicacious and sedulous in nature, accustomed to work in a team
environment.

·         Strong documentation and written presentation skills, and
developed various functional and technical specifications with Test Plans
and Procedures

·         Played major role as a subject matter expert with strong
technical knowledge during implementations, interface design, reports
development, system upgrades and production support.

·         Follow ethical values and integrity to deliver quality results to
Users always.

·         Extensive knowledge in Core HR, Workforce Administration,
Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, Recruitment, Time and Labor
and NA Payroll modules.

·         Excellent experience in Managing the team and play a vital role
in Business interaction and organizing the steering committee

·         Strong Motivator and Team Player and worked closely with business
users on work prioritization.

·         Troubleshooting and resolved issues reported by end-users and the
functional team

·         Coordinated with Functional and technical teams to provide the
security roles and permissions during the new reports/process access in
production.

definition security, and data security

·         Managing and monitoring access to PeopleSoft resources, including
pages, processes, queries, trees, reports, components, services,
integrations, customizations, and tools.



*Nice to Have:*

·         Knowledge of Hadoop and other Bigdata technologies , Data
integration with Big data technologies

·         A good understanding of Hive, pig, UDF’s hdfs storage formats

·         Have worked on one / two data migration projects for peoplesoft
to Hadoop.
