JOB DESCRIPTION :-
· Must be able to work in an AGILE environment with 2 week sprints
· UX Design experience (5+ years) including using Adobe Creative
Suite
Business Analysis skills/experience - Requirements gathering and
documentation (3-5 yrs)
· Soft skills - Good communication Skills including the ability to
communicate with offshore team members.
This will be 60% designer, and 40% Business Analysis. They need to be able
to sit in as a requirements analyst and work with the product owners. Must
have good communication and documentation skills. Cadence is a desktop
application, so their UX experience should include both web and desktop.
They will still be required to perform all the normal designer duties, such
as story boards, mock ups, wire frames, workflows etc. using Illustrator.
The ideal candidate will have closer to 5 years’ experience, but they do
not need O&G domain experience. They ideal candidate should also have
worked or willing to work in an agile/scrum environment with 2 weeks
sprints. They must also be willing to wear multiple hats if/when needed
including a tester hat.
*This candidate's main responsibilities include: *
Detailed user flows and interaction models
They MUST have experience participating in user research and prototyping.
Has developed specialist knowledge in two areas.
This must be able to apply his/her knowledge/skills to a range of standard
and non-standard activities.
They must be able to apply leadership skills to influence design thinking.
Assess the full requirements; identifies solutions to non-standard
tasks/queries (organize tasks).
Candidate is a resource of internal/external design knowledge and best
practices.
The candidate’s work will be used to create visual and interaction designs
within a multi-disciplinary team the results in new technology uses.
This candidate will be tasked with some supervisory responsibilities in
addition to own work assignments.
They must demonstrate initiative & contributes to problem solving.
They must have excellent communication skills but also be able to work
collaboratively with multiple disciplines.

within department
• Work with a multi-disciplinary team defining and prioritizing the
features needed to create great user experiences with future disruptive
technologies
• Participate in Future Disruptions strategy development
• Design and execute small and medium scale usability tests
• Work with other visual designers to ensure compliance with key standards
• Collaborate with Design and Conceptual team members to create working
prototypes of design concepts
• Participate in competitive analyses activities
