- IBM BPM
o Strong on IBM BPM Architect skills (processes, methodologies,
standards, products and frameworks)
o Should have worked on various version of IBM BPM 7.5, 8.5
o Should be able to do BPM migration to newer version
o Able to perform performance optimization
o Process optimization
ยท Apart from IBM BPM need working knowledge on
- WebSphere Admin
- Core Java
- PL-SQL
As an Architect Responsible for Providing technical leadership to small
size/complexity/order-value projects.
Should possess depth of knowledge of specified technological area, which
includes knowledge of applicable processes, methodologies, standards,
products and frameworks. (SOA concepts)
Responsible for defining and documenting architecture, capturing and
documenting non-functional (architectural) requirements, preparing
estimates and defining technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership to project team to perform design to
deployment related activities, provide guidance, perform reviews, prevent
and resolve technical issues.
