*Project Location* *San Francisco , CA* *Duration* *6+ Months Contract* *Interview Mode: Phone + Skype* *Visa: Any* *Job Description:* *Requirement: * *Skills/Requirements: * · Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of related work experience; or a master's degree and 6 years of related work experience · 7+ years of data integration experience preferably with MS SQL Server T-SQL. · 7+ years of MS SQL Server experience, including experience with large-scale relational databases. · Must have worked with at least one large application/data warehouse; not just lots of very small systems. · Understanding of database maintenance processes (pertaining to Statistics, Indexes, Performance Analysis) · Experience working in the financial services industry or comparable experience working as a strategic IT advisor to a financial services company (preferred) · Demonstrated understanding and execution through the phases of the development life cycle, including requirements definition, architecture design, implementation, conversion and testing · Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating operations with technology skills · Experience in developing interface control documents, leveraging industry standard approaches and methodologies. Must have gone through several full life cycle implementations. · Experience handling multiple changing priorities and meeting deadlines in a professional manner. · Design and implementation ETL solutions using one of the leading ETL packages (SSIS, Informatica, DataStage, Ab Initio) · Design and implementation reporting solutions using one of the leading Reporting packages (SSRS, Tableau, Telerik Reports). · Data Analysis Skill using SQL under Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle Database. *Other related technical competencies that would be a plus: * · Knowledge of C# is a plus. · Data Quality and Governance · An understanding of the data used and the associated inherent issues in Asset Management , Investment Banking or Retail Banking · Ability to conduct discovery, perform root cause analysis, and make recommendations for the remediation of data quality issues · Experience with Autosys. · MS Certifications desirable · Ability to design and recommend governance structures and control frameworks for the ongoing management of data at financial services organizations · Experience with large scale data remediation projects, from issue identification, through to resolution as it relates to specific regulatory, risk, or operational issues · Experience with key data quality applications available in market · Business Intelligence · Facilitation and definition of reporting and analytics business requirements Thanks & Regards, Udbhav Mathur Talent Acquisition Specialist Email:- umat...@tekshapers.com <tar...@tekshapers.com> Gtalk: udbhav.intime Tekshapers Inc. – WMBE Firm 1441 E.
