*Project Location* *Phoenix, AZ* *Duration* *12+ Months Contract* *Interview Mode: Phone + Skype* *Visa: Any* *Job Description:* *Note: *Must pass criminal and drug screen *Technologies Required:* · Call Manager 9.5x · UCCX · Unity · WebEx *The following duties are all required skill sets. * · Provide day to day operations support of Fender’s global voice infrastructure and systems (global support experience is not required). · The system is hosted on prem supporting multiple national and global locations. · Must have experience in call tree manipulation, changing call center hours and operations especially during holiday schedules. · Primarily responsible for adds, moves and changes to phones, UCCX reporting and support, moving users in and out of queues, adds, moves and changes as well as maintaining overall health of Webex. · Must have the ability to troubleshoot Call Manager 9.5x and support services across WAN trunk between call clusters. · Working with telecommunications vendors managing requests to add additional lines, etc. · There will be some project work as changes are implemented for the UCCX system platform.
