Respond to and mitigate business intelligence environment and system incidents and problems 7. Maintain plan, schedule, coordinate, communicate, signify, attest, report, test, address impacts and execute business intelligence environment and system software patches, service packs, fix packs, upgrades 8. Review logs, identify patterns in logs, address issues stemming from logs, plan fix or tuning, schedule, coordinate, communicate, signify, attest, report, test, address impacts and execute 9. Recommend improvements 10.
