If candidates do no have migration experience, they MUST have recent and extensive experience with both WebSphere (v5.1) and JBoss (v4.x) and be able to convey potential or existing problems that will be faced during an application migration. Primary Skills: 1. Extensive Java development and tool support experience (WSAD/WAS and MyEclipse/JBoss) 2.
