Requirement Details : Job Title: CRM Siebel Application Consultant Location(State/city):Florida FL/PALM BEACH GARDENS Duration: 6 + months Required skills : We are looking for an experienced Siebel developer with a proven track record of developing successful Customer Relationship Management solutions. Successful candidates should be able to approach projects with an analytical mind, work collaboratively to identify client goals, and offer solutions. The Siebel Developer works as part of a team responsible for new application development and/or improving existing applications to meet the changing needs of our business. Your involvement will span all parts of the development life cycle to include analysis, design, and testing. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as the functional and technical liaison to the Sales, and Marketing organizations. Act as the key Siebel process expert and work with Marketing and Call Centers for delivering training and educational tools to enhance user experience. Work with our implementation partners to implement Siebel 7.8 Sales/ Service/ Analytics/CTI. Support the development of short and long term business projections and performance measures using both qualitative and quantitative data. Work with the Sales/Service and Marketing to manage the day to day environment. Maintain the Siebel existing landscape, which includes frequent content updates, enhancements and issue resolution. Ability to communicate effectively with business and IT team members and to deliver technical information and project status in a concise, understandable and accurate fashion. Develop and maintain technical specifications throughout a project lifecycle. Perform data migrations and technology upgrades. EXPERIENCE: At least 5 years of experience in analyzing, designing and implementing Siebel solutions meeting a full range of business requirements and processes. Master the use of the vanilla Siebel Tools configuration concepts and expertise in Siebel Configuration (preferably 7.8) which includes but is not limited to Configuration, Scripting, Workflow, EAI and EIM toolsets. Familiar with ETL (extract, transformation and load), MSSQL, data marts, and database-specific stored procedures skills. Excellent communication skills - written and verbal with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical solutions to all levels of the organization. Experience working in large project team development environments.
