*I Need a  **IT Infrastructure Project Manager ***

*Location: Stamford,CT***

*Duration: 6 months***

Manage the day to day operational process that supports the IT
Infrastructure portfolio of initiatives requiring Investment Banking IT
resourcing. The role is a pivotal interface to all stakeholders in this
process. The operational workflow is currently a manually intensive process
that uses elements of technology to facilitate portions of the process. You
will need to work closely with all process stakeholders including IT
Infrastructure Platform Representatives and Investment Bank IT
Representatives to ensure all initiative status are updated and maintained
regularly in the operational database and requests for additional
information are followed through. This role bridges the data and information
gap for informed decision making in regards to resourcing these IT
Infrastructure initiatives with IB personnel. Follow-up is essential to be
successful in this position. Continual improvement to operation processes
(manually and systematically where possible) will be needed to decrease
turnaround times, streamline work processes, maintain a high level of data
quality and to work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless
communication for this operation. This position involves a high level of
scheduling, coordinating, tracking, monitoring, evaluating and directing
activities throughout the operational lifecycle. The role will include
leading meetings to facilitate proper initiative change control updates and
to introduce new initiative resource requirements. Strong communications,
relationship building and maintaining these relationships is essential to
your success in this role.

Requirements

• Four year Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5 years operations manager or project manager experience

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent processes
• Must be energetic and open to new ideas and direction changes
• Requires strong oral and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
• PC skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Sharepoint Administration experience
• Excel development experience
• Ability to define and take action in ambiguous situations with minimal
direction
• Ability to understand and apply problem solving and quality improvement
processes
• Ability to address issues in manager's absence
• Ability to be innovative, set priorities and make independent decisions
• IT background
• IT Infrastructure knowledge
