THIS IS A VERY SENIOR POSITION
*Expert Skills Required:*
Must have experience with designing, building and
deploying enterprise
software built in Java.
Excellent Java, J2EE
Experience with J2EE based large scale enterprise software
Significant hands-on experience developing scalable,
high-performance J2EE Solutions
Development & Implementation using *Java Platform & J2EE
standards*, including open system tools.
Significant hand on experience with the *Agile methodology. OO
Design, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, and Code Reviews*.
Experience with software design patterns, especially the MVC
pattern.
Strong application design skills and the ability to represent
those designs in UML.
Significant experienced with *Spring, Hibernate, J2EE, Cruise
Control, CVS, Subversion, HTML, JavaScript*
Extensive experience with mid-tier server side technologies.
Experienced in multi-tier, component-based architecture and design.
Experience using *SOA technologies such as SOAP, WSDL, XML
Schemas*, etc.
Very strong team-interaction skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem solving skills
*Intermediate Skills Required:*
*Experience working with web services*
Architecture experience with multi-tier enterprise level
applications.
