Very Urgent Need Of Business System Analyst(Rate:$42/hr) Must have a Minimum 4 years work experience as Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in the health care or related industry.
Job Title: Business System Analyst Location: Bloomfield, CT Duration: 6+ months Duties: Provide accurate and timely application knowledge, functional subject matter expertise and estimates of costs and benefits for applications within assigned application solution group in support of Project level deliverables (e.g. Business Case and Project Charter) as requested by the Business Sponsor and Project Manager. Work closely with technical resources, other systems analysts and business analysts to define detailed system requirements and associated conceptual solution by providing application knowledge, analysis and functional subject matter expertise for applications within assigned application solution group. Analyze complex business requirements in order to develop systems specifications for developers, designers and technical architects. Collaborate with other ASG System Analysts in the support of one or more organizations and provide leadership/direction in the delivery of quality services. Assist in the planning and estimating of projects, small enhancements and baseline production issues in order to provide direction to the business. Provide functional SME/guidance to support the development of longer- term strategic business plans/strategies while ensuring close alignment with IT's strategic planning. Represents the external face of IT's Application Solutions Group (e.g. product, services, compliance activities) for business related initiatives and strategy development. Skills: Proven technical and analytical abilities in a multi functional environment utilizing multiple systems on multiple platforms. Demonstrated experience working directly with multiple user groups, translating business requirements into specific system requirements and designs. Solid experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and planning of small to medium projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to understand system issues and help drive to resolutions. Strong communication, facilitation and leadership skills. Strong time management skills; highly organized and detail oriented. Ability to assess work efforts and provide realistic time/cost estimates. Proven ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment particularly with vendor relationships.
