CONSULTANTS MUST HAVE ALL OF THE BELOW REQUIRED SKILLS REQUIRED: 5+ Years Active Directory Services 5+ Years MS Outlook 5+ Years MS Exchange Server 5+ Years Server administration 4+ Years MS Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition 4+ Years Customer Service 3+ Years Planning 3+ Years Experience in Technical Writing and Documentation DESCRIPTION: This position will play a key role in providing Microsoft Outlook/Exchange and Active Directory support. For email support, duties will include, but are not limited to, email administration, email troubleshooting, and management of shared resources including conference rooms, shared mailboxes, and distibution lists for staff located throughout the state. Must have knowledge of Windows PowerShell. For Active Directory, duties will include, but are not limited to, design, support, and maintenance of the active directory and creation of GPOs for management of desktops and users. Must also have knowledge of authentication protocols (NTLM, Kerberos) and security (SID, GUID, Permission, etc.) in AD. This position will also be expected to support software and hardware upgrades to network servers, operating systems, and applications. Must have extensive experience with standard industry server support practices including a variety of server types, clustering, and load balancing techniques. Possess considerable logic and understanding to analyze and troubleshoot problems. Must be able to prioritize trouble calls and respond to emergencies and all levels of troubleshooting. Must rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently perform a variety of complicated tasks with a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
