Here is the job description: Description: SAP HR Lead Functional Consultant Start Date: ASAP Location: Oxnard, CA Duration: 2 months with extension likely Seeking an experienced Lead SAP HR Payroll Functional Consultant. This is a contract consulting position and is scheduled to start immediately. Skills: *Must have at least 8 years of SAP HR experience with Payroll functional Experience in rules, schemas, and gross to net skills. Broad HR Experience a plus. *Team Lead experience *Strong background in and knowledge of HR transactions *Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills *Demonstrated skills in solutions-oriented consulting approach *Strong professional presence and a customer-focused attitude *Strong verbal and written skills *Demonstrated capabilities in exercising independent judgment and ingenuity * Large consulting company background is a plus (MAKE this a requirement and you will move your candidate faster in interview process).. Candidates with experience coming from Accenture, BearingPoint, Deloitte, IBM will be given preference.
