Data Administrator Analyst ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following responsibilities: • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all current Health systems, products and services. • Operate all system engines, stored procedures, and scripts in order to load and process client data. • Analyze results of system audits to determine and report variations or problem areas. • Create ad-hoc SQL queries as required for analysis, trouble- shooting, or problem solving. • Perform archiving and data-base clean up functions. • Create client deliverable files, reports, databases, etc on time, according to production schedule. • Maintain basic understanding of future system and product development plans to provide appropriate feedback to development team in terms of how systems can be improved or changes will affect production. QUALIFICATIONS • Skilled in use of computer applications including database management, MS-office, and archiving methods. Must have working knowledge of SQL programming. • Self-directed, assertive, flexible and creative in problem solving in a high volume and changing work environment • Effective written and oral communication skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in a team EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information systems, business, health sciences or related field with emphasis in analytical thinking • Minimum 2 years experience in information systems, and /or data analysis. Prefer 1 year experience in healthcare setting and/or working with healthcare related data.
