Requirements Experience with .NET development - ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, ArcObjects Experience building web applications using the combination of the following technologies: web services, XML, HTML, ASP, VBScript, JavaScript, and SOAP. Experience designing and developing GIS applications and spatial databases for the Web environment. Experience working with ArcSDE (8.x and 9) Knowledge of Oracle (9i) Familiarity with Java and Macromedia Flash and Web server administration. Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, graphics and design skills, and business and requirements analysis skills. Ability to analyze problems and develop creative solutions with minimal guidance. Graphics design: GUI usability, layout and design, scalable vector graphics Experience with ArcGIS Server 9 is a plus.
