*Position Opening**:** SAP HCM (Time Management) Consultant/Analyst, Miami, FL.* *Work Locations: Miami, FL * *Anticipated Start Date:To begin ASAP * *Length of Contract: Initially 3 months with extensions.* * * *Project Description: SAP HCM (Time Management) Consultant/Analyst*, *(See Requirements below!)* ** *Responsibilities* - Ensure each functional area's incorporated in the best practice design - Work with HR Leadership to obtain sign-off for HR process design and policies and procedures by stakeholders from all business segments - Manage design and/or revise relevant policies and procedures. Build solutions in HR according to M-DCPS business requirements - Works with the technical team to translate business requirements for indirect procurement. Adheres to project standards - Assist in fully, clearly and accurately documenting new systems and process for M-DCPS - Assist in gap analysis between M-DCPS requirement and SAP functionality, review and adopt new functionality in SAP - Review M-DCPS process requirements and suggest further enhancements and improvements where possible - Execute and document Unit, Functional, Integration and Parallel Testing - Define User Authorization profiles and security roles - Identify needs for systems development, specify requirements and review data requirements with Development team - Develop interface designs to the identified legacy systems and applications - Develop work procedures for user related to SAP system - Assist in the preparation and validation of end user training and documentation - Work with other teams to ensure an integrated end-to-end solution is delivered - Report delays and risks to team leads - Assist in identifying data to be cleansed - Assist in developing and updating detailed team project plan - Adhere to ERP PMO project standards* Must complete and submit the following Skills Matrix with your # of years experience along with Resume * * * *Consultant Skills Matrix* *Qualifications* *# Years Experience*** - At least 5 years experience as a SAP Time Management Consultant for Public Sector ** - Implementation experience in SAP version ECC 6.0 ** - K-12 experience ** - Concurrent Employment experience ** - Additional skills in other SAP modules a plus ** - ABAP experience a plus ** - Ability to configure SAP Time for Attendances, Absences and Time Accounts for Quotas and yearly balances ** - Ability to configure Time Schema & write custom time functions, operations ** - Able to design and develop time management related objects and CATS user exits ** - Detailed knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies and tools; SAP Solution Manager, ASAP, IMG, Business Navigator ** - Ability to write detail functional and technical specifications ** - Ability to debug and find out the root cause for exceptions ** - Must be able to participate in a team environment and communicate effectively ** - Ability to communicate in oral and written form effectively ** - Ability to effectively communicate functional and technical expertise to a variety of business and technical partners ** - SAP certified HCM consultant ** *The above template must be completed!*** * * *Must complete and submit the following references template along with Resume and skills matrix.
