Position:Lead Business Analyst
Location: Baltimore, MD
Duration: 12 months
Rate: $45/hr (Max)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with the development and
implementation of software projects using a standard project lifecycle
Experience in eliciting, gathering, and documenting user
requirements
Experience in analysis of existing business process descriptions
Excellent communication skills orally and in writing
Experience in collecting, organizing, and presenting technical
information
Experience in preparing documentation, meeting notes, and other
written communications
Experience in working with user representatives and other
analysts, developers, and validators to resolve issues throughout the
software development lifecycle, reaching consensus with multi-component
team(s) in the development of an IT project and/or participating in
technical discussions and negotiations between different organizations.
Experience using requirement methodologies (Use Case and HLD) to
prepare user requirement documentation
Experience defining various requirement types for an IT project:
business requirements, user requirements, system requirements
Experience using requirements management tools (including, but not
limited to, Requisite Pro)
Ability to lead and mentor team members
