*Core and Technical Competencies:*
- *Prefer someone who has previous CALL CENTER experience*
- *Any previous HEALTHCARE experience would be a big plus.*

- *Automated testing experience with Test director 8.0*
- These positions will perform testing according to the testing plan
provided.
- Primarily backend database testing and data validation from multiple
(10) different data sources.
- *Ideal candidate would have done some development work previously in
the database / web area and then moved into testing.*
- *Need to be able to follow test plans, test cases, write test queries.*
* *
- *Understand key testing components and have previous data validation
experience.*
- Applications being tested are all web based.
- *Test reporting is done in crystal reports and business objects so
experience with that would be helpful.*
- Candidates need great communication skills to be able to interact with
business users and management.
*REQUIRED*
- *Must achieve 70% or higher test results on following two Proveit tests
in order to be submitted*
