Specific T-Mobile Software Experience - InSite OR Homer
Project Coordinator/Administrative Support For Atlanta RF Engineering Team
This position contributes to the achievement of T-Mobile's strategic,
timeline and financial objectives in the 3G deployment of equipment on
specified existing T-Mobile communication sites.
The position reports to the RF Engineering Manager, with direct interfaces
with the market Engineers supporting the 3G build-out & performance
managment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Complete InSite database updates for 3G, including: 3G cell definition,
Updates to existing configuration based on site surveys, site modifications
to downtilt/azimuth, etc.
• Supports the project staff by creating electronic work orders in Homer
database and providing updates and reports on those work orders.
• Create reports to assist Engineers to insure data integrity of RF
Parameters, Asset Planning Tool, TMA and Antenna serial numbering, etc.
• Assist with RF documentation storage standardization, including electronic
filing, printing and binding.
• Provide project tracking and other project administrative tasks.
• Facilitating project logistics such as meetings, conference rooms,
conference calls, etc. Takes meeting minutes and action items during
meetings and performs basic follow-up.
• Develop presentations and project tracking documentation using MS Word,
Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project. Generate daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly
and quarterly reports.
• All other activities reasonably related to the successful administration
and completion of the Project and Services
