Here is the job description: Title: SAP SEM-CPM Location: Toronto, Canada Duration: March 9, 2009 to September 30, 2010. FPARS EPM-SSM (SEM-CPM) Scorecard Specialist Public Sector, CPM, x-Celsius is must along with other skills. Required experience: 1. Minimum of three Full cycle's implementations experience in SEM-CPM 2. At least one full cycle implementation experience in EPM- SSM (SAP Strategy management, ex-pilot works) would be attractive 3. Proven ability to analyxe, design, configure, debug, test, implement and support in the area of SAP Strategy Management, performance measurement, and score cards. 4. Experience in visual composer and dash board tools such as X-Celsius. 5. Experience working with multi divisional business communities to assess and develop business processes that employ industry best practices. Skills: 1. Self Starter with people skills and the ability to work with both business and technical terms in a result-drive manner 2. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, especially for developing technical documentation. 3. Strong customer focus, collaboration, adaptability and planning and organization skills. 4. accounting/finance background is desirable. Familiarity with score carding and performance management processes for large (preferably public sector) enterprise would be considered a plus, as would certification on SEM, specifically CPM. 5. Ability to drive workshops to gather user requirements, map against delivered SAP content, and translate into a coherent design document using structured approaches. 7. Ability to plan one's work strategically and to implement iteratively. 8.
