• Act as a Primary contact for business end users.
• Responding to issues and following up with customers on a timely manner
with solutions
• Debug production issues and interface issues
• Notify the appropriate IT Area after identifying the issue and work with
internal teams to provide solutions in a timely manner
• Work with IT Teams in providing solution to Production Support Issues
• Work with vendors and opening trouble tickets and follow up in resolving
Production Issues
• Production Incident Management and Documentation
• Manage and Improve System Performance
• Troubleshoot Problems
• Document and Manager System Configuration and Changes
• Mentor other Kronos developers
• Work on special projects as required


*The candidate should have the following skills and experience: *

• Strong knowledge of *Kronos Technical and Application Architecture *
• Strong experience and experience with *Kronos Work Force Central, 5.0+
preferable*
• Strong knowledge of *WFC Data Models *
• Strong experience with *Workforce Connect*

•  Variables and Calculations

•  DCM Event Manager
•  Use DCM Log Files for Troubleshooting
•  Resubmitting/Deleting Invalid Transactions
• Create and Troubleshoot HyperFind Queries
• Create and Troubleshoot Genies
• Create and Troubleshoot Report Engines and Reports
• Work with Business and Development Team in improving and tuning
Reports/Queries
• Troubleshoot Problems
•  Review the system information to check the current status
•  Review the log files
•  Review reports on system settings
