Title: QA Analyst with RedPrairi experience

Location: Milwaukee, WI**

Duration: 6 months

*Requirement Details*

Interacts with Business Analysts and Developers to review and understand
design and requirements documents.
Develops test plans, test scenarios, test cases and test scripts to ensure
appropriate test coverage.
Capable of testing moderate-to-complex software applications.
May review work of other QA analysts.
Very competent and experienced with both manual and automated software
testing.
DC/warehouse experience.



Ensure the project solution works according to requirements and Kohl's
standards
 Define current and upcoming tasks, assignments§ & effort
 Drive quality of testing deliverables.§  Work with QTest Team and eCom Test
Team leadership to establish testing guidelines, standards and deliverables
 Understand project requirements and ensure coverage§
 Work with project stakeholders to understand testing needs.§  Coordinate
all testing with external teams as needed
 Lead test team.§
 Coordinate§ & evaluate work, resolve issues
 Interacts with Business Analysts and Developers to review and understand
design and requirements documents.§
 Develops test plans, test scenarios, test cases and test scripts to ensure
appropriate test coverage.§
 Capable of testing complex software applications.§
 May review work of other QA analysts.§
 Very competent and experienced with both manual and automated software
testing (QTP/QC).§
§  Capable of working independently and as a QA Lead and mentor.
DC/warehouse experience.



Software Quality Analyst, Specialist - secondary



• Implement RedPrairie's Time and Incentive system to enable payment of
incentive bonuses based upon an employee's individual, team or supervisory
performance in excess of the building and role standards.
• Performance levels will be defined in excess of the standard for a role
related to an individual's efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Payments of incentives will be made on a weekly basis.
• Incentive system will be implemented for all (permanent/seasonal) hourly
employees at the retail distribution centers.
• Enhance the Workforce Management System with the Time & Incentive features
found in version 2008.1.
• Upgrade the Workforce Management System hardware to support the new Time &
Incentive version 2008.1.
• Implement an enterprise reporting system to support the upgraded LMS and
newly implemented Time and Incentives module across the entire network.
