*Job Description: Integrated Supply Chain Planning Support Analyst*
Day-to-Day Accountabilites for this role:
1. Participate in the 24x7 rotating 'on-call' production support
responsibility
2. Conduct root cause analysis on documented system problems
3. Formulate, design, and sometimes develop solutions to document system
problems
4. Some low to medium level enhancement work
5. Some travel to Chicago for training purposes, but not frequent

PRIMARY SKILLS (*SAP SCM environment*)
Hands-on experience with *CIF**
*Hands-on experience with *SNP* config and master data
Hands-on experience with *SNP* Optimizer

Worked in a production support role
Supported batch processes during off-hours
Deep knowledge in over-all *Integrated Supply Chain Planning Systems (ISCP)
