Strong ability to take detailed meeting notes. - Experience with Joint Application Design and Rapid Application Design methodologies, including use case analysis and development. - Proven experience in systems analysis, structured analysis, and structured design and technical documentation. - Self-starter, highly motivated individual, and a team player who adapts to a dynamic work environment. - Ability to investigate/research issues, determine impact, run meetings, and provide solutions. - Familiar with *Rational Unified Process, CMM/CMMI. * - Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills; ability to support software engineering life-cycle (requirements analysis, design alternatives; detail program specifications, test plans, test case scenarios, etc.) document development may be required. *Provide document examples written by the candidate please. * - Proficient with requirements management software tools (prefer *Requisite Pro. Caliber, DOORS*, etc. is acceptable). - Microsoft Windows XP and Office Suite. Desired Skills: Project management skills utilizing Microsoft Project for resource management and project scheduling. Previous *Web development background* a plus. Familiar with *Electronic Document Management and IBM Content Manager suite*. – if possible Familiar with *SQL or similar database background* a plus. Ability to work under tight timeframes. Good organizational skills. Capability to handle sensitive and complex issues with discretion and good judgment. Problem resolution skills.
