Contract Duration: 4 month contract Roles and Responsibilities: • Manage large infrastructure programs/projects in the Technology Operations area. • Accountable for successful completion (time/cost/quality) of project objectives as required by the business while complying with company processes and policies. • Lead the planning, execution, and closing of projects with the major focus on providing quality solutions for the stated business objectives of the projects on time and within the budget. • Develop and maintain all communication channels for the project from sponsor to team to senior management. • Coordinate with other Operations groups, Development groups, business units, and vendors to meet the business objective. • Work on other initiatives with Tech Ops, such as processes and strategy to improve the group's skill set. • Greater than five continuous years project management experience in Information Systems. • B.S. in Information Systems, Engineering, or other technical field required. • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects spanning numerous technology and business departments. • Experience in the financial industry is highly desirable. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required. • Excellent communication skills. Job Family Description: Responsible for the management of technical project(s) or program teams from initiation through implementation, includes: planning, analysis, design development and implementation. Provides overall direction for establishing project requirements, priorities and deadlines. Integrates project plans into Program Plans. Establishes roles and responsibilities within the core program team. Allocates and coordinates resources (staff, equipment, vendors and consultants) across one or more projects. Manages budget for assigned project(s), develops and monitors project/program plan(s), and adjusts resources and priorities accordingly. Aligns business unit, technical development and support organizations. Establishes program communication plan across the businesses, regions, support and technology groups. Prepares and presents progress reports for senior management.
