*Job Description:*
· Obtain and validate monthly data from the ABN, FRAME, ONENET
Billers.
· Integrate data from different sources, required to develop Risk
models used to identify high risk Accounts before they disconnect.
· Develop and update Risk Models to identify High Risk Select
segment Accounts for the FRAME, ABN and ONENET services.
· Use retention models to identify Select segment High Risk
customers on a monthly basis.
· Send monthly lead lists of vulnerable customers to Sales for
retention programs.
· Work with Data Warehouse to automate tracking of sales leads to
improve models
*Required Skills: *
· MS or PhD in statistics or closely related discipline. Know the
basic statistical concepts, such as probability distributions, hypo-these
test, regression, classification.
· Understand the basic of statistical experimental design and
analysis techniques, particularly in the areas of linear models and
regression.
· Familiarity with statistical software packages such as SAS, R or
S-Plus. Have some knowledge on C, Shell Script and MS Windows.
· Business analysis background is preferred but not required.
