*Location: DETROIT, Michigan* * * Sr. AIX / Unix Administrator will design, install, configure, administer, tune, and optimize AIX, UNIX and Linux systems servers and related components to achieve high availability and performance of the various business applications supported. The Administrator will provide 24x7 supports to a *Red Hat Linux and IBM AIX environment*. Administrator will also provide support for *IBM SAN* and *Tivoli Backup Manager*. *QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:* * * *1)** Bachelor’s Degree in a business related area.* *2)** Strong management and coordination skills (people and project).* *3)** Good relationship builder (i.e. cooperative approach) * *4)** Proven experience in complex ERP environment.* *5)** Certification in UNIX/Linux administration highly desirable.* *6)** Strong experience in IBM AIX advanced virtualization.* *7)** Strong experience in IBM SAN management.* *8)** Strong experience in IBM Tivoli Backup management.* *9) Must have deep knowledge in Unix clustering and need some one who can write his/her own script and not use pre written scripts.* *Make sure when submitting your candidates resume it has their full name, direct contact number, email address. * *Do not send email with out rate information. * *Help us expedite evaluation process so we can get your candidate interviewed at the earliest.* - Immediate interviews with direct client.
