· Seeking experience with CRM integration into ERP · Must have demonstrated work experience within SAP CRM with focus on the functional application of the CRM: o Opportunity management o Lead management o Work flow · Candidate must be willing to learn and work well in a team (collaborative) environment. · Ideal candidate would come from a company in the Chemical industry. Experience working in a Distribution / Wholesale environment. · Sample companies that are similar in their use of CRM would be Moen and Lincoln Electric 'd like to add Service Management to the list. We would use this for customer complaint processing. 2. We are running SAP CRM2007 and ECC 5.0. 3. The project in progress is a migration from Lotus Notes focusing on contact management, leads, opportunities, workflow and campaign management. We have additional projects shaping up to include these plus complaint processing (service management). 4. The team is comprised of a half-time project manager, functional lead and configurator and another half-time functional person. We have in-house ABAP skills but not with much direct CRM background.
