Outstanding communication skills. *Experience in the following is a Plus:* Programming support that includes: Report change requests Closely working with users to identify system design, configure/customize the system to support change requests Unit testing of the change requests. De-bug and resolve system issues found during testing or in production. Support the coordination of production releases Maintain the documentation of the technical specifications. Fine-tune the reports, as needed, for enhanced performance. Participated in the Change Control process.
