Title: Business Systems Analyst Location: Fort Washington, Pennsylvania Duration: 6 months+ Local Consultants preferred Auto Industry experience preferred Part CRM & Development & Marketing technology team supporting new releases *Description: *Part of the CRM & Development & Marketing technology team supporting new releases of our enterprise Marketing Analytics Platform and implementation of a new email Marketing platform. Interface with all levels of management to gather requirements and design solutions to meet business needs. . Experience with writing Use Cases . Process Modeling Experience . Participates in the requirements development for applying business needs to technical applications. . Knowledge of the system requirements definition (RD) processes and modeling methods and tools . Knowledge of conceptual and logical modeling . Define and document internal and external user interfaces and support system and data requirement clarification & definition. . Ability to tailor information to multiple user audiences, including customers and senior management . Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology industry trends, directions and market experience; ability to relate them to own organization . Knowledge of tools, techniques and good practices for protecting the integrity of corporate data and associated processing, company technology practices, standards and procedures . Highly developed oral and written communications skills . BS Technical undergraduate degree in MIS, computer scienc, or related discipline. MIS degree is preferred. .
