Must have implemented Warehouse Management in conjunction with RF terminals (portable hand-held devices or stationary devices for forklifts) or/and RFIDs. 2. Must be able to design an optimal solution while analyzing the pros and cons of Barcode vs RF vs RFID. 3. Ability to clearly articulate the business value of implementing RFID instead of RF. 4. Understand and evaluate Serialization, via RFID and/or barcode, at the item/case/pallet levels aggregation 5. Must understand the association of the aggregated serialized information with product and batch/lot information originating in the ERP system. 6.
