Duties:* • Support developing requirements/functionality for process areas covered by the IBS Solution • Work closely with business stakeholders and SMEs to identify and solve complex issues and problems • Develop functional strategies to achieve strategic business objectives • Conduct detail business and system requirements gathering sessions • Develop and document process models • Support consolidation and analysis of survey results • Manage critical communications with internal and external organizations.
