Partner with senior business and IT leaders across the enterprise to implement or integrate across multiple business areas and systems. *RESPONSIBILITIES:* • Lead a matrixed team of system design engineers, system build engineers and infrastructure technologists to successfully deliver significant infrastructure change in a large-scale enterprise environment • Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences • Predict emerging customer needs and develops innovative solutions to meet them Interact with and report regularly to executive project sponsors and senior technology leadership • Concurrently manage the infrastructure build-out on multiple corporate change initiatives • Provide leadership in steering projects toward defined standard infrastructure solutions, platforms and best practices • Influence senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches when appropriate • Ensure the infrastructure adheres to the requirements for availability, stability, and efficiency • Develop and maintain infrastructure and resource cost estimates • Define and manage project schedules, resources, and delivery commitments • Complete assigned projects within budgetary and scheduling guidelines • Manage project risks and issues • Delegate, integrate activities, and resolve conflicts *REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:* • 5+ years of Infrastructure Project Management experience at a Fortune 200 company • 8+ years of Project or Program Management experience integrating multiple business areas or systems • 8 years of experience across multiple information systems disciplines demonstrating strong technical acumen and strong infrastructure technology experience and skills • High degree of professional confidence and credibility with the presence and communication skills to represent IT-related concepts effectively with executive-level management • Strong project management and planning skills including experience in successfully managing major projects with use of and adherence to structured methodology • Proven experience managing multiple, concurrent IT projects/programs • Proven experience with budget tracking and complex cost benefit analysis • Excellent judgment, analytical ability, and problem analysis techniques • Ability to develop effective, matrixed, cross-organization relationships and influence decisions from top down and bottom up • Proficiency in computer software including Project, Power Point, Excel Adaptability; self-starter; team player; quality minded; focused; committed; able to work independently • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience ++ IT Security project experience a plus ++ *Assets:* • PMP Certification • Database and Server experience is desirable • Professional Services or Big 5 Project management experience is desirable • Healthcare insurance background is a strong plus • Solid understanding of mainframe technologies • Exposure to multiple PM methodologies *Thank you, and have a great day.* *Sujith.M* Technical Associate SoftSages LLC | A e-verified, MBE certified corporation. *[email protected]* <[email protected]> | Direct : *484 772 8165* <14847728165> |* 484 402 7869 X 103 * In case of my unavailability, you can reach my manager, Aman at *| *484 604 0603 *| | *[email protected] *|* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "oracleindonesia" group.
