Oracle R12 experience *Job Overview:* The Project Manager will be responsible for the full systems lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation of this IT Project. This person will work closely with business and IT teams and must demonstrate professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure business satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be able to apply subject matter expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve the quality of the IT product delivered, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize efficiencies throughout the project. *Minimum Qualifications:* • Strong Project Management skills • Strong business facing and facilitation skills • Must have a solid understanding of ERP and PLM applications with supply chain and manufacturing process focus • Experienced in planning and managing large global IT projects • Experience with all aspects of the IT system implementation including, but not limited to as-is and to-be business process mapping, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, cut-over and go-live activities. • Experienced in business facing IT role • Must have a solid understanding of the medical device industry *Preferred Qualifications:* • PMP certification • Experience managing Oracle R12 ERP projects • Experience managing Windchill PLM projects • Experience within medical device industry *Required Skills:* • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent executive presence and ability to interact with VP and above levels • Mentors team members in technology, architecture and delivery of applications • Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required • Creates a shared sense of direction and community among the teams • Proven ability to transfer knowledge and knowledge about current trends and technical advancements • Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various approaches • Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative • MUST be willing to travel when required • A strong track record of professional success preferably in IT • College degree in a related area of study, with advanced degree highly preferred *Thanks & Regards* *Shashank Dubey* (Sr..
