Business Architect Location: Bloomington, IL Duration: 12+ Months Client: STA Group Phone then Skype!!!! THIS IS NOT A BUSINESS ANALYST ROLE – It is a Business/Enterprise Architect role. They will ideally have prior insurance experience. Position Description: The Business Analyst / Business Architect for the client will serve as a leading contributor to Business Architecture initiatives for different business areas. Primary job responsibilities/qualifications include: •Facilitates work sessions and elicitation meetings in order to identify business needs and understand requirements. •Must be able to effectively communicate to functional and technical audiences, and to business and technology. •Gathers, validates, analyzes and documents the stated business needs, and creates project visual models and reports. •Creates business architecture artifacts, target architecture, detailed project documentation and other information as requested; owns tracking and execution of plans.
