This individual will be knowledgeable in all aspects of business analysis, testing and has a basic understanding of project management and system development life cycle as well as porting efforts from legacy applications to new solutions. The individual must have proven experience with enterprise level development projects. The Business Analyst will work closely with the clients Project Manager in assisting with solution documentation and testing to meet State IT requirements. *Role responsibilities:* • Analyze, define, and document requirements for work flow and business processes • Document the projects and project deliverables as assigned • Work with the PMO Manager, Project Manager, Business Customer and project team • Develop and document test plans, scenarios and scripts • Analyze and estimate feasibility and compatibility with other programs and projects • Consult with users to prototype, refine, test, and debug solution to meet Change Management needs • Provide quality control for project deliverables *Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Expertise Rating * · Experience in business process analysis, requirements development, testing and documentation.
