*Role: PENNDOT - iOS/ UI UX Specialist* *Start Date: 03/28/2016* *Direct State Client * *Short Description: Mobile Specialist 1 (MS1)* *Complete Description:* Mobile/UI UX Specialist The selected candidate will serve as a senior mobile UI/UX developer for PennDOT’s Mobile Computing team. The selected candidate will serve as a UI/UX programmer/developer for iOS Mobile Computing solutions for PennDOT. The candidate must possess demonstrable UI/UX experience. The candidate will serve as a software developer for the projects to develop and deploy the comprehensive custom software solutions for the iOS-based mobile devices to be utilized by PennDOT while assisting with mentoring Penn DOT staff assigned to the projects. The projects will involve working with the iOS mobile development and design tools (Sketch, etc…) relational databases, and web service-oriented client/server architecture. The selected candidate is expected to understand the business and technical requirements, and implement the solutions based on those requirements. The selected candidate should be quick at learning newer versions of the SDK, as they are made available by Apple. Specific Duties within UI/UX: 1) Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to technical team 2) Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks 3) Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps with responsive UI to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas 4) Collaborate with Project Team( Business Analysts and Technical Architects) to define and implement innovative solutions for the project direction, visuals and experience 5) Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders 6) Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback 7) Analytical experience 8) Experience with Apple Human Interface Guidelines Specific Duties within iOS: 1) Participate in design and coding of application-embedded, scheduled and ad-hoc reporting solutions. 2) Comprehensive understanding and experience designing, developing and testing for the Apple iOS platform is mandatory. 3) Expert level knowledge is required of using iOS frameworks related to UI, Core Data, storyboards, web services, security/keychain, camera integration, asynchronous/background processing, multitasking, etc. 4) Meet with end users and technical staff of all types to gather business and system requirements. 5) Provide technical assistance and assist with mentoring of PennDOT staff assigned to the project. 6) All projects follow the Agile sprint methodology, and the selected candidate should be comfortable with daily standups, sprint grooming and planning activities, integration testing, and UAT. 7) Work independently and as a part of a team. 8) Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards with reusable UI perspective. *Skill* *Required / Desired* *Amount* *of Experience* Overall 5+ years of experience in the UI/UX and/or BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design Required 5 Years Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (including latest versions like HTM5, CSS3 etc.) for rapid prototyping Highly desired Experience with HTML5 development and JavaScript frameworks Required 5 Years Full iOS SDLC experience as an application developer Required 4 Years Experience with Object Oriented development Required 5 Years Experience with iOS SDK and Objective-C Required 4 Years Familiarity with Swift programming language and latest iOS APIs and frameworks Required 1 Years Experience with iOS Auto Layout and UX refinement Required 2 Years Experience with relational database development Required 3 Years Experience with automated/manual UI testing tools Required 3 Years Experience in architecting & developing mobile web applications in enterprise settings Highly desired Experience w/ consuming & utilizing RESTful JSON web services & synchronization of data captured on a mobile device w/ enterprise backend apps/DB Highly desired Strong oral/written communication skills Required Thank you, and have a great day. *Ranjith, **Lead Recruiter* SoftSages Technology, Inc. 17 Mystic Ln, Malvern, PA - 19355 Desk - 484 402 7869 <484%20402%207869> X 104|Direct - 484 772 8154 [email protected]* | *www.softsages.com <http://www.softsages.com.com/> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "oracleindonesia" group.
