The ultimate candidate will have strong development experience as well
as build/deploy (release management) experience in the related tools and
environment listed below.** **
Requirements:** **
- The engineer will develop automated build/deploy workflows in Anthill Pro
to deploy to test and production environments.
-The applications are typically .Net and Java.
- Strong experience required with Anthill Pro (or similar tool).
- Expertise in build automation concepts and software development lifecycles
(SDLC) is highly desired.
- Proficient with Software Versioning tools is required, preferably
Harvest.
- Experience with compile tools, ANT, NANT, Visual Studio required. -
Experience with Scripting on Intel and UNIX platforms is also preferred.** *

- Experience and understanding of Change Management is highly desired.** **
- Excellent analytical, diagnostics and troubleshooting skills.** **
- Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:** **
- This position is responsible for analyzing the build/deploy/release steps
of an application and translating those into Anthill automated workflow
tasks. The steps include installing Anthill agents, customer engagement,
requirements gathering, and workflow building (check-out, build, hash,
deploy).
- Be able to follow the existing change management and release management
processes and policies and contribute in process improvement.** **
- Understand scope, priority and timelines of assigned work by managing
workload to deliver quality deliverables that meet requirements and
communicating to supervisor status of assignments or issues that impact
productivity.
- Automating work by identifying opportunities for efficiency and quality
improvements** **

Development: bean shell (required),.Net and Java ** **
