All required skills must be in job description. * Network Infrastructure Engineer Location: Richardson , TX Duration: 6 months – 1 year Rate: 35/Hr (Non Negotiable) Please Send PERFECT MATCH RESUME . Responsible for setting up and pre-testing the LAN/WAN test environment, including router/switch/hub configuration and test equipment. Support and conduct test, capture test data and provide test reports. Interfaces with customers, vendors, account teams, engineering and other Customer Test Center (CTC) team members. Responsible for CTC network infrastructure planning, troubleshooting, ordering and turning up new circuits/services, and documentation development. Maintains the operability of CTC communication room and ensure proper functioning of all production circuits and infrastructure equipment to support customer testing efforts. Works with the network support teams to timely troubleshoot and repair defective circuits. Works with various Internal provisioning teams to submit service/circuit orders and logical provisioning requests for all customer test projects. Assists with the inventory management of CPE, test equipment and circuit databases. Provides tours of CTC facility to the customers and sales teams and provides training to CTC’s engineer on the use of infrastructure and transport equipment. Ensures accuracy and timeliness of receipt and return of all equipment arriving or departing the CTC.
