This includes directing them to the appropriate resolve group if necessary. Responds to the needs and questions of users concerning their access of resources on the network. 10% Must be responsible for maintaining updates to tickets that are assigned through the call tracking system used. *** Specialized/Practical Knowledge: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary responsibilities satisfactorily.
