Position: C# Developer III
Rate: $45/hr
Required Skills: C#, ASP.Net, Oracle Database, Team Lead
Location: Jacksonville, FL.
Preferred: Java/J2EE, Systems Conversion Experience, Health Insurance
Experience
The manager has a need for a very strong, very Senior C# Developer for a
year-long contract.
This individual will have at least 7 years of experience in .Net web
application development, and must have strong experience developing .Net
applications on an Oracle database.
Experience with Java/J2EE is also a big plus, as the project will partially
involve conversion work, converting a system from Java to .Net.
Additionally, this individual must have excellent communication skills, team
lead experience, and be willing and able to mentor more junior developers.
She is looking to interview candidates immediately, and will give us special
consideration for a really strong candidate.
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
*Responsible for leading the detail design documentation, development, unit
testing and maintenance of internally developed applications
*Write code for system designs that span platforms
*Code to and create Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)
*Write code for enhancing existing programs or developing new programs
*Write detailed technical specifications for applications and identify
integration points
*Estimate project timelines and resources required to complete programming
projects
*Supports application throughout the Product Development life cycle
*Coordinate with areas for integration architecture solutions and determine
the integration approach
*Review vendor research and gap analysis, make vendor recommendation to
technical team and client
Job Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
*6 or more years of related work experience
*1 or more years of experience in a technical Lead role
*Experience programming using ASP.Net, C# language
*Experience with JavaScript
*Experience using TFS versioning and build tools
*Experience using Web Service debugging tools
*Knowledge of interfacing PL/SQL stored procedures with web application
*Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle, product development
methodologies, database methodologies and system integration
*Knowledge of coding design and documentation protocol as well as unit
testing, change management and release procedures
*Experience with Flowcharting tools
*PC Skills
